  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

    Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits ( and good luck finding one available ).

    Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

    With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

  • Why shouldn’t I make a no code website on my own?

    No code websites have many downsides. It is very limited, requires expensive monthly pay for “extra” features which with code is completely free and unlimited.

  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

    Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

  • How fast will I receive my designs?

    On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take way longer.

  • Who are the designers?

    Augustas Armalis agency is owned by one developer and runned by employees. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of this brand or with any of my employees ( which you can become too ).

    I have a community of advanced copywriters, designers and website developers. After finishing a project, firstly, I send it to them to evaluate and change to be the best quality possible.

    I can strongly say that the development process goes through a lot of evaluation and opinions to make is as good as possible

  • How long does it take to develop a website?

    Depending on the type and your wants of the website it can vary from a month or more to make. That’s because we’re doing everything from ground 0 - starting with a full design and a working demo, to coding and hosting it online.

  • What programs do you design in?

    Most requests are designed using Figma.

    For more advanced visuals or animations I use After Effects, Photoshop, Blender & more.

  • Can I choose a domain for the website?

    It’s your freedom to choose whatever domain you want.

    The domain price is included with the purchase of website development only if it’s below 10$ or advanced purchase let’s it be up to 200$. If you want a crazy expensive domain, it’s on you to pay extra. I’ll make anything work.

  • How do I request designs?

    Augustas Armalis offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello.

    Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video ( for those who prefer not to write their briefs out ).

    Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

  • What if I don't like the design?

    No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

    *Be aware that there are no refunds available.

  • Is there any design work you don't cover?

    No there is not! Everything is possible to make here, the only obstacle you could have is your own imagination.

  • What if I only have a single request?

    That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs.

    There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste ( you can do that tho :D ).

  • Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

    Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

  • How does the pause feature work?

    We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

    Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

  • Where do you make websites?

    All the websites we make are entirely hand made, which means no extra subscriptions for softwares to keep it running ( except from domain which will have yearly subscription ).

    Coding websites in order to make them flexible and unlimitedly customizable is the cheapest yet not the fastest way to do it, but ensures the best quality on the market.

  • Will I have to work?

    No and yes. You’re necessary for us to express your wants in order to make the best products only for you.

    Don’t worry if you don’t know any design or web-dev, we’re here to consult you and find the best decision to act upon.

  • How do I earn?
